Why do we offer 60 day refunds?
We’ve been there. Did you know that it takes a minimum of 28 days for the skin’s keratinocyte (dead cell) barrier to completely turn over? Therefore when introducing a new product, we may not see a huge difference in our skin until the 30 day mark, and even so, with active ingredients it can take more time for epidermal layers to adjust.
Keep in mind that this is a positive, normal process and in the case of acne, it often needs to occur. However, we believe that every skin is considered sensitive (to different degrees) and sometimes, the product we’re using just isn’t working for where we’re at during any given phase of life.
We’ve been here and though we believe in our products completely, we want to offer you a refund if it’s still not working out after 60 days. No hard feelings. Just let us know within the 60 day time frame by following our easy returns process and we’ll pay you back. We’re also always here to help guide you to finding a better match if need be.
