WHAT IS THIS RETREAT? ✹
An immersive weekend of connection, reflection, celebration + transformation ⊹
From the night of Thursday June 18 - the night of Sunday June 21, 2020
This weekend will take place over Summer Solstice in the Northern hemisphere ~ this is a potent time in the wheel of the year for honoring the light which gives us life, both literally from the Sun as well as energetically from the radiance we each carry in our beings. The Summer Solstice marks the longest day and the shortest night of the year, and the beginning of a season of longer days than nights. Our ancient ancestors have erected thousands of monuments around the world as time-keeping gathering spaces for reverence of Solstices and Equinoxes. It is a radical gift to take time out of our modern lives to gather + celebrate the very essential elements that make the story of our lives, and this precious planet, possible. This weekend will be one of great beauty + clarity!
We are so honored to invite you into this immersive weekend to celebrate the fullness of life and the light as our guide! This will be a time for us to really hone in on our current intentions and align with ourselves with deeper gratitude and self-love.
Our focus will be on embodying this gratitude and cultivating an unshakable foundation of self-love to carry back into our every day lives for the coming season.
Nestled in the vibrant heart of the Hawaiian jungle, we will be coming together for daily workshops, intentional discussions, movement, meditation, ritual and ceremony.
The land will be our sanctuary, as she holds and guides us back into alignment + remembrance of our relationship to her, our connection to all of life, and to our capacity for depths of unwavering self-love.
This experience will be all-inclusive during the days presented. Our intention is for you to be able to simply show up, and enjoy the flow.
WHERE DOES THIS RETREAT TAKE PLACE? ✹
This retreat will take place on our 9 acre homestead on the lush, east side of the Big Island of Hawai'i ⊹
Expansive, private, bountiful and beautiful, this land provides us so much good food and medicine and rest. Our center is fully off-grid, meaning we get our water from the rain and power from the sun, so you will be enjoying your days here away from wifi, large cell towers and city pollution.
This sacred sanctuary is a space to really sink in, release and renew. Her generosity is potent and will send you back out into the world inspired and clear.
The airport to fly in and out of is Hilo (ITO)
"What a week ~ what a place ~ what an experience. Completely immersive. Completely vivid and eye-opening. Completely inspirational. I cannot thank you enough for opening your hears to me and sharing the power of this land you have so lovingly nurtured. I have never felt more like myself. And I truly feel like i found that through this week while soaking up the healing power of this land. I am not the same as I was when I arrived and the change in me is something that I will treasure and continue to solidity for years to come. Ever grateful." —Alice A. // England

"This week has given me the space + opportunity to dive into the things I have wanted to see + be within everyday life. I have experienced the rooted breaks of ceremony, the anxiety pause of meditation, human connection ~ real, genuine, deep connection. I have felt the bonds of sisterhood. I have been filled with abundantly rich, colorful foods grown + prepared with loving hands and present souls. I have begun to rekindle the child within, curious for all of life’s creations and beings. —Amanda G." // Bay Area, CA
WHAT WILL WE EAT? ✹
All of our food is cooked in big love and intention. Always organic, seasonal, heavily local, homegrown when possible. We focus on traditional, ancestral, whole food meals centered around gut and immune health. We are avid fermenters so you can expect to enjoy plenty of coconut yogurt and sauerkrauts. We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences or allergies, so please let us know your specifications in your application. We don’t practice one particular diet here, other than one of balance, gratitude, and intention — we’re very aware of where our food comes from, how it was grown, and we take care to cook + prepare it in the most healthful ways we’re able.
Food is a vital force of medicine and recalibration — our food makes us feel really good, and our intention is that it will do the same for you!
We also grow some of our own food on the land, which we’ll all enjoy throughout our days. We’re excited to introduce you to an abundance of tropical starches such as taro, cassava and breadfruit. We similarly have access to buy some rare tropical fruits and veggies you won’t even find at the market. Eating local, organic, whole foods changed our lives. We know that it will for you, too.

What is Cacao ceremony? Ceremony refers to gathering in sacred space with an intention, and with reverence for ourselves, for each other, and for the land. Creating ceremony with Cacao means we will gather in circle together to drink local, ceremonial grade Cacao. Cacao is a gorgeous heart-opening, intuition-enhancing medicine that has been consumed in ceremony and as a health elixir as far back at 1900 BC by the Olmec as well as by the Aztec and Mayan cultures later on. Our Sacred Cacao ceremonies together will serve to deepen our journeys into radical self-love, clarity, and connection through meditation, song and drum.
How old do you have to be to attend? For legal purposes, the minimum age requirement for our retreats is 18. There is no maximum age requirement.
What is your cancellation policy? Life happens. Plans change. We get it. If you commit to this retreat but have to back out last minute, your deposit will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any other flight or transportation arrangements you may have made.

How can I contact you with questions or concerns? Please email email@example.com with any questions, comments, or concerns and we will get back to you as quickly as we're able.
MEET YOUR HOSTS ✹
Meagan // Meagan is a mama, mystic, and creatress of Moon + Rock. Her heart's service is in women's work, in encouragement of the discovery of our beauty, worth, and purpose beyond our physicality. With words as her compass, Meagan's writings embrace earth medicine, motherhood, intuition, and cyclical living. Together with Evan, this will be the 7th retreat she has hosted on the land.
Evan // Evan is a papa, artist, entrepreneur, and purveyor of non-dual consciousness. Having left the LA corporate grid to sink into the invigorating mysteries of off-grid, land-sovereign, simple living, Evan finds solace in the balance between his garden sanctuary and his entrepreneurial ambition. This will be the 12th retreat he has hosted on the land.
Caroline // Caroline is an artist, yoga + movement teacher. Her offerings exist in the soft, feminine realm of Yin as she feels this space holds the key to balancing our lands + ways. Her vinyasa-inspired classes aid in allowing students to stir the depths of their being with intuition and creative flow as their guides. Through the channeling of the divine, Caroline aims to hold space for All with presence + love.
Please keep in mind that Meagan and Evan's baby girl, 18 months old, will be present for parts of our days. If you are opposed to this, then this may not be the retreat for you.
