Our jewelry is currently exclusively available at MoonAndRock.com and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON JEWELRY?
Unfortunately we do NOT accept returns due to the fact that each piece is made special to order. However, we DO accept exchanges or store credit. You will be held responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged or store credited items.
WHEN WILL MY JEWELRY ORDER ARRIVE?
We do hold some inventory, and in this case, your order will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Otherwise, your jewelry is made special to order and could take up to one month to be made and shipped to you. You will receive an automated email notifying you when your packaged has shipped — this email will contain your tracking number and information.
- Average delivery time for US domestic order is 3-7 business days
- Average delivery time for international orders is 5-9 business days (please note that for international orders, YOU are responsible for paying any duties, taxes or extra shipping charges that may incur upon the package’s delivery into your country).
Important note: after your order is shipped from our office, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. If you have any questions concerning tracking or shipping for domestic orders, please contact USPS. For international, please contact your country’s respective postal service.
We ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of USA holidays on HST.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Again, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.
MY JEWELRY CAME SCRATCHED + LOOKS WORN?
Please read the bio for finishing details on each item before purchasing, as some items may have a vintage treatment on them allowing for aesthetic defects.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you enter your information incorrectly — we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
WHAT ARE YOUR MATERIALS MADE OF?
All item descriptions will tell you exactly what each material is made of. We do not currently “plate” any of our jewelry — meaning, everything is made of either solid 14k gold or rose gold, or pure sterling silver. Unlike plated jewelry, solid gold will never tarnish. We use as much recycled gold and silver as possible, and our stones are cruelty-free.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
The very best way to care for your jewelry is to put it on with loving intention! Every time you put your adornment on your beautiful body, set a little intention for what you want to remember or feel by wearing it, or sending prayers through it for something that you want to manifest. Otherwise, all our gold jewelry is perfectly safe for swimming, showering, and just generally living life in — again, it is solid gold and will not tarnish. Sterling silver pieces on the other hand will begin to tarnish over time. Please remove your silver jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. Similarly, not use harsh chemicals such as bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners or polishing cloths as this can affect the finish.
Please note: We are not responsible for the maintenance and and repair of your jewelry.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly upon arrival. If a pendant or chain is different than described, please send us an email. All items are hand made to order and may have very slight variations.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If you received the wrong item, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please add your Name and Order # in the email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
In the rare case case that you did receive an incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item to be shipped back to us.
